At Triathlete Store, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your next race; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that technical apparel and equipment are securely cushioned for transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
